install xfce4-hardware-monitor-plugin

UPDATE 2023.06.03: Plugin does not work on XFCE < 4.15

Use the existing plugins, like "CPU Graph" and "Network monitor"

xfce4-hardware-monitor-plugin has been removed from relevant packages.
It's so bad.

This is the best plugin for hardware monitoring! Thank you, OmegaPhil!

Will install it manually.
