Mikrotik pptp-client don't have access to the network

The enabled PPTP server allowed PPTP clients into the first (historical) subnet without issues, as well as into other routed networks. A second profile was needed for users of another subnet. I created a separate profile and selected it for the PPP-> Secret user. The user connects successfully and receives everything as specified: IP, gateway, and DNS.

However, it cannot see (ping) anything except the PPTP server IP.

Solution: switched the ARP mode in the bridge properties (of the internal subnet) from enabled to ARP-proxy.

There are two other similar bridges; both remain in enabled mode.
