Binotel and Poster POS integration

Goal: automatically populate the Binotel address book from Poster.

Providers: 1. https://joinposter.com/ API version unknown. 2. http://www.binotel.ua/ API version 2.9.5

Binotel

- The internal address book is unique by name. The provider offered no solution. The customer's book contained only names, so an ID had to be added, resulting in "Kolya (59)". The provider confirmed that the problem cannot be solved. - The API does not accept a phone number with a plus sign when inserting a client. - We had to remove "38", otherwise the name is not identified during a call. - The client should not have been linked to a user. We had to unlink it. - The IP addresses from which the API client will operate must be provided. I called them. - Phone and email support is competent.

Poster:

- No technical support by phone or website chat. At all. Email replies take 8–9 hours. - OAuth2 terms are confused in the documentation. You need to request: client_id and application_secret. - You need to send them the RedirectURL for hooks and authorization. - There is no API for searching by phone number.

Notes:

- The APIs cannot be connected directly. A solution was built on our own platform as the integration point. - We receive hooks from Poster and use them to insert a record into Binotel.
