A connection from the current (incorrect) user is active.

Check it:

# as the user
net use

Disconnect it.

# as the user
net use //v04.other.local/pub /delete

Configure different other.local domain credentials for this server in the user's account settings. Then restore the connection:

net use //v04.other.local/pub
