Issue

MS Exchange includes a folder starting with "/" for synchronization:

offlineimap -c second_domain.com.offlineimap.conf --info

Folderlist:
 /users/[email protected]/ 
...

Fix

Add a filter to exclude this element:

folderfilter= lambda folder: not re.search('^/users/.*$',folder)
